Yes, 100%. All weekly and fortnightly rates quoted on our website include Australian 10% GST. There are zero hidden administrative charges or surprise debit surcharges.
What is your cancellation and suspension policy?
We do not believe in lock-in traps. Standard memberships operate on flexible fortnightly billing with a simple 14-day written notice to cancel. You can also freeze your membership for up to 8 weeks per year free of charge if you are traveling interstate or overseas.
Can I use my membership in both Sydney and Melbourne?
Sanctuary Performance and Obsidian Black members have unconditional reciprocal access to all VALO clubs nationwide (Surry Hills, Bondi Beach, and South Yarra) with no supplementary drop-in fees.
Are reformer pilates classes capped in size?
Yes. To preserve technical coaching quality, our custom reformer studios are strictly capped at 12 members per class. You will never be packed into overcrowded spaces.
